• Developed effective tools, alerts, and responses to identify and address reliability risks.
• Worked closely with search engineers to triage production issues and determine appropriate remediation including code changes and performance considerations.
• Shared on-call responsibilities, collaborating with other engineers to triage and fix reliability issues that came up in production and autonomously putting out fires.
• Helped determine the future technical direction of our deployment with an effort to improve reliability and performance.
